Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms were very outdated and in need of refurbishment, falling short of what one would expect from a 4-star rating by European standards. While the lack of air conditioning adjustment made the room cold, the non-soundproofed walls allowed noise from surrounding rooms and the corridor to disrupt our stay. However, despite these drawbacks, the room was at least clean and provided a level of comfort.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were comfortable but lacked proper air conditioning, and noise from outside could be disruptive. The service was excellent, and the location was convenient for exploring the north. The dining experience was just okay, and the facilities were adequate.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a more modern bathroom and a small balcony, boasting a better view that is worth perhaps 2/3 of the price in this region. However, the room's outdated appearance raised questions if some elements were simply 'wear & tear' or if a thorough cleaning was needed. The friendly service, excellent location in a beautiful kibbutz, and varied dining experience somewhat make up for the outdated room decor.
The hotel's location is great for exploring the north, with attractive surroundings. The rooms, however, were disappointing, lacking soundproofing and in need of refurbishment. The service was pleasant and helpful, especially from Zvi and Mordechai.
